Chicken and Rice Soup

Ingredients

500ml chicken stock

1 large carrot

1 stick of celery

half a leek

half a potato

1x 15ml spoon long grain rice

Method

Make up chicken stock. Pour into large pan.

Wash, peel and dice the carrot, celery, leek and potato.

Add to pan with spoonful of rice. Boil for 40minutes. Serve with chopped parsley.
