Raisin Drops
Ingredients
50g margarine
50g sugar
2.5 ml bicarb of soda
1 dst. Spoon syrup100g self raising flour
50g raisins
Method
- Measure
margarine, sugar and syrup into small pan and melt without boiling
- Measure
flour, bicarb. of soda and raisins into large bowl
- Pour
melted mixture into bowl and mix well
- Shape
into small balls on to a greased baking tray
- Flatten
slightly with a fork
- Bake
for about 15 mins. until golden.
Cool on a wire tray
