Cheesy Top Pizza

Ingredients

Base

100g S.R. Flour

Half level teaspoon of baking powder

15g margarine

70mls milk (approx)

Topping

15ml tomato puree

Pinch mixed herbs

40g grated cheese

Toppings of your choice

 

Method

Topping

Collect the toppings of your choice and prepare them for the pizza for example chop onion, cut bacon flake tuna.

Base

Sieve the flour and baking powder into a large bowl.

Rub in the margarine.

Stir in enough milk to make an elastic dough.

Knead on a floured worktop and roll into a circle.

Place pizza base on to a floured baking tray.

Spread the tomato puree onto the base, place on toppings and sprinkle with grated cheese and mixed herbs. Bake until golden brown.

Serve hot.
