Ingredients
100g pasta
1 onion
25g mushrooms
2 rashers bacon
1x 5ml spoon oil
Sauce
15g margarine
15g flour
150ml milk
25g cheese

Half fill a
large pan with water, put onto back ring of cooker to boil.

Chop the onion
finely. Slice the mushrooms. Snip the bacon.

Heat the oil
gently and add the onion mushrooms and bacon.
Fry gently for 2 to 3 minutes
until cooked BUT NOT BROWN. Remove from
the pan and drain onto a paper towel
on a plate.

When the water
in the large pan is boiling add the pasta cook for 10-12 minutes. When cooked drain well and pile into the
serving dish.

Put the
margarine, flour and milk into a pan place on a medium heat and stir with a
balloon whisk until thickened and boiling.
Remove from the heat stir in the cooked onion, mushrooms and bacon and
pour over the pasta. Sprinkle with
grated cheese. Serve
