FRESH FRUIT SALAD

 

INGREDIENTS

125mls fresh orange juice.

2-3 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tangerine

1/2 banana

1/2 red-skinned apple

25gms. black grapes

2 glace cherries

 

METHOD   

 

1.  Remove the peel and skin from the orange.

2. Divide the orange into segments. Place fresh orange juice and segments into serving dish with juice from peeled orange.

3. Remove the skin from the banana. Slice into rings and add to the serving dish with 1/2 lemon juice.

4. Wash, core and slice apple thinly. Sprinkle with remaining lemon juice and place in serving dish.

5. Wash and dry grapes. Cut into four and remove seeds add to serving dish.

6. Wash cherries. Cut into quarters and add to dish.

7. Arrange the fruit neatly in the serving dish.

   Chill before serving.
