Ingredients ¼ of a small white cabbage 1 small carrot 1 small onion 1-2 tablespoons salad cream seasoning to taste parsley (chopped).

Method 1. Wash and shred cabbage. 2. Wash, peel and grate carrot. 3. Peel and chop onion finely. 4. Mix together cabbage, carrot and onion in a bowl. 5. Add salad cream and mix thoroughly. Add seasoning and mix well. 6. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley. |
