Mandarin Cheesecake

Ingredients

Base

40g margarine

8 digestive biscuits

Topping

75g cream cheese

1 carton mandarin yoghurt

2 tablespoons dream topping

mandarin oranges (decoration) dessertspoon grated chocolate

 

  

Method

Crush the biscuits finely between two paper towels. Transfer into a small bowl.

Melt the margarine in a small pan REMOVE FROM THE HEAT and stir in the crushed biscuits. Mix well.

Press the biscuit mix into the base of dish, press down well put into the refrigerator.

Beat the cream cheese in a small bowl until soft, gradually add the yoghurt beating well until smooth. Fold in the dream topping.

Spoon cheese mixture over the biscuit base, spread smoothly and evenly.

Decorate with grated chocolate and mandarin oranges.

Chill in the refrigerator.
